What we store

For portal users: your name, email address, sign-in sessions (with the IP address and browser used), passkeys you register, the documents you accept and when, and the records of the deals you are part of. For sellers who use the website form: the address, phone number, email, and notes you send us.

What we never store in the database

Social Security numbers and full bank account numbers. Tax forms and payout instructions are kept as documents in private storage that only the owners can open, and every access is recorded.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (domain, file storage), Postmark (email), and Sentry (error reports). Each holds only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and your rights

Deal and tax records are kept as long as the law and our agreements require. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, by writing to hello@tworivershomeco.com. We do not sell personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. A new version is dated and presented for acceptance at your next sign-in.
