The portal

The portal at app.tworivershomeco.com is operated by Two Rivers Home Co LLC for its owners, its capital partners, and its accountants. Access is by invitation only. You may use it only to view and manage the deals, documents, and records you have been given access to.

Accounts and passkeys

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or with a passkey you registered. Keep your email account and devices secure. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your access. You can review and revoke your sessions from Account.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this website or in the portal is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Investment opportunities are shared only with people who have an existing relationship with the company and only inside the portal, under separate written agreements.

Electronic communications

By using the portal you agree to receive notices, reports, and documents from us electronically, at the email address on your account or inside the portal.

Electronic delivery of tax documents

When you accept the electronic delivery consent, you agree that we may furnish Schedule K-1s and other tax documents to you electronically through the portal instead of on paper. This consent covers every tax year until you withdraw it. You may withdraw it at any time, at no cost, by writing to hello@tworivershomeco.com; withdrawal takes effect for documents furnished after we receive it, and you will then receive paper copies. You may also request a paper copy of any document furnished electronically. To access documents you need a current web browser and a PDF reader; we will notify you of any change to these requirements. If your email address changes, update it in Account or tell us in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms. A new version is dated and presented for acceptance at your next sign-in.
